Unfortunately, we do not permit short-term renting or subletting of any sort in our community. Homestay services such as Airbnb or VRBO are also prohibited.

Payments are made online or mobile app through RentCafe. We accept the following payment methods: Bank to Bank Transfer, debit card, and credit card.
The rent portal opens the 25th of the previous month and closes the 3rd of the current month. Residents have until the third of each month to pay their rent without late fees accruing.
While we do not require renter’s insurance, we highly recommend residents obtain it. In the event of a loss, it will cover any personal belongings affected.

Security deposits are refundable when proper notice is given and is contingent upon any damage to the apartment that is beyond normal wear and tear.
Yes, The Apex accepts co-signers. Co-signers must also complete an application for residency, undergo screening, and meet our application requirements.
Yes, The Apex conducts a third-party screening for credit history, rental history, and criminal background history. The screening has a 600 minimum credit score and flags items such as recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords. In addition to the screening, we ask for proof of income that maintains a debt-to-income ratio at or below 55%. You can visit our Apply Now page for more information.
