The rent portal opens the 25th of the previous month and closes the 3rd of the current month. Residents have until the third of each month to pay their rent without late fees accruing.

While we do not require renter’s insurance, we highly recommend residents obtain it. In the event of a loss, it will cover any personal belongings affected.

Yes, The Apex accepts co-signers. Co-signers must also complete an application for residency, undergo screening, and meet our application requirements.

Yes, The Apex conducts a third-party screening for credit history, rental history, and criminal background history. The screening has a 600 minimum credit score and flags items such as recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords.
